.DISCUSSION...
Critical fire weather conditions expected for areas west of a
Haskell, to Sweetwater, to Ozona line this afternoon. Winds will
increase to between 20 and 25 mph with gusts to around 35 mph,
temperatures will be in the mid 80s, and RH values will fall to
around 10 percent. In addition, high to very high fire dangers are
expected across the area. Farther east, near the fire area, near
critical conditions are expected with winds of 15 to 20 mph and RH
values dropping to around 15 percent. Elevated fire weather
conditions will remain over the area through Wednesday.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (50-60 percent). Patchy fog early
                    in the morning.
LAL.................No Tstms.
Max temperature.....Around 86.
Min humidity........15 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 7 to 14 mph.
Mixing height.......1500 ft AGL increasing to 4000 ft AGL
                    late in the morning, then increasing to
                    6500 ft AGL during the afternoon.
Mixing winds........West 13 to 21 mph shifting to the southwest
                    around 13 mph late in the afternoon.
