.DISCUSSION...Cold trough axis over Pac NW/wrn Great Basin this
morning with the associated surface cold front from southwest
Idaho into central Nevada. Another surface front is draped
across northern Utah this morning which will be reinforced by
this second front associated with the cold trough and push across
the burn site this afternoon between 1400 and 1600. Southwest
winds will prevail ahead of this front and then the winds will
shift to northwest. Winds in the free atmosphere will be 35-45 mph
from the southwest until the frontal passage then shift to the
northwest at 20-30 mph. Snow accumulations of up to 2 inches
possible this afternoon into early evening.
