.DISCUSSION...A STORM SYSTEM CROSSING THE DESERT SOUTHWEST TODAY
HAS SHIFTED FURTHER SOUTH THAN ORIGINALLY FORECAST. ALTHOUGH A
SMALL CHANCE FOR SNOW SHOWERS WILL EXIST TODAY...THE AREA WILL
MOST LIKELY REMAIN DRY WITH LIGHT WINDS.

A MUCH STRONGER SYSTEM WILL PASS THROUGH THE REGION OVER THE
WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. THE BEST CHANCE FOR SNOW WILL
COME SATURDAY NIGHT WITH THE PASSAGE OF A COLD FRONT...HOWEVER
ANY ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN MINIMAL...PERHAPS A
COUPLE OF INCHES AT BEST. STRONG WESTERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED AHEAD
