.DISCUSSION...West winds early this evening are expected to
gradually diminish and become northwest after 2200 with speeds
generally less than 10 mph, although some gusts up to 15 mph will
be possible overnight. Northwest winds are expected to remain in
place through Tuesday with wind speeds generally 10-15 mph with
occasional gusts to 20 mph. Temperatures this week will be much
cooler with high in the upper 30s to lower 40s and temperatures
dropping into the lower to mid 20s overnight. Minimum humidity
values will lower into the lower teens with overnight recoveries
mainly in the 30-40 percent range.
