DEVELOP ON THIS TROUGH LATE MONDAY...CROSSING THE UPPER GREAT LAKES
MONDAY NIGHT. A 29.8 INCH TROUGH WILL LINGER OVER EASTERN LAKE
SUPERIOR THROUGH WEDNESDAY BEFORE A 30.0 INCH HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES
OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THE HIGH WILL MOVE
