Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.4 inches over southern Quebec this
evening will will track northeast tonight, reaching the Canadian
Maritimes on Wednesday as it strengthens to 29.0 inches. Meanwhile,
a high pressure ridge of 30.4 inches will shift southeast over
the Upper Great Lakes Wednesday and the Lower Great Lakes on
Thursday. As the ridge shifts to the Eastern Seaboard on Friday,
it will build to 30.6 inches. A low pressure of 29.5 inches over
the northern Plains will track east, reaching northwestern
Ontario on Friday afternoon. This low will enable a 29.7 inch
trough across Lake Superior on Friday night. The trough weakens to
29.8 inches through Saturday. A ridge of 30.5 inches will begins
to push southeastward out of northern Saskatchewan on Saturday
evening and position over Lake Superior through Sunday.
