WAVES ARE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT - THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST
1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE...29.20 INCHES...WILL CONTINUE TO PUSH
NORTHEAST AWAY FROM THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON.  THIS SYSTEM WILL
DEEPEN AS IT DOES AND WILL PRODUCE WESTERLY GALES THROUGH THE
EVENING BEFORE DIMINISHING OVERNIGHT.  SOUTHWEST WINDS THEN INCREASE
AGAIN AS THE NEXT LOW ARRIVES OVER LAKE SUPERIOR SUNDAY. ANOTHER
PERIOD OF SOUTHWEST GALES IS LIKELY AS THIS SYSTEM MOVES THROUGH THE
REGION. MARINE CONDITIONS WILL THEN IMPROVE CONSIDERABLY TO START
NEXT WEEK.
