WIND CHILL VALUES OF -10 TO -20 ARE POSSIBLE MONDAY NIGHT AND
TUESDAY MORNING...AND AGAIN TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY MORNING.
THE COLDEST WIND CHILLS WILL OCCUR ACROSS THE MORE WIND PRONE AND
OPEN COUNTRY AREAS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA AND
NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

A STORM SYSTEM MAY IMPACT THE UPPER MIDWEST LATER FRIDAY INTO
SATURDAY. DETAILS ARE FAR FROM CERTAIN BUT A ROUND OF ACCUMULATING
SNOW COULD SPREAD ACROSS THE AREA MAINLY FRIDAY NIGHT AND
SATURDAY.
