A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL LIKELY PASS TO THE WEST OF NEW
ENGLAND ON CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY. HEAVY
RAINFALL...STRONG WINDS AND COASTAL FLOODING MAY BE POSSIBLE.
