THURSDAY. THE AMOUNT OF SNOWFALL WILL DEPEND ON HOW QUICKLY THE
COLDER AIR MOVES INTO THE AREA AND THE TRACK OF LOW PRESSURE TO
OUR SOUTH, WHICH ARE BOTH STILL UNCERTAIN AT THIS TIME.

DELAWARE RIVER. THE ICE SHOULD START BREAKING UP DURING THE NEW
