...LOW WATER LEVELS THIS AFTERNOON...

STRONG ASTRONOMICAL TIDES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECENT NEW MOON AND
OFFSHORE WINDS...WILL RESULT IN ABNORMALLY LOW WATER LEVELS THIS
AFTERNOON.

THE LOWEST WATER LEVELS WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 200 PM AND 400 PM...AN
HOUR EITHER SIDE OF LOW TIDE OCCURRING AROUND 300 PM. LEVELS WILL
DROP TO ABOUT A FOOT BELOW THE AVERAGE OF THE LOW TIDES.

MARINERS SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION...ATTEMPT TO REMAIN WITHIN THE
CENTER OF CHANNELS AND DREDGE ZONES. AVOID STRAYING TOO FAR FROM
NAVIGATION GUIDANCE MARKERS.
