...DENSE FOG ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE COASTAL WATERS...

DENSE FOG WILL AFFECT THE COASTAL THROUGH THIS MORNING. MARINERS
SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ABRUPT VISIBILITY CHANGES DOWN TO ONE
NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS. REDUCE SPEEDS...BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR ROCKS
AND OTHER VESSELS...AND USE RADAR OR GPS NAVIGATION IF AVAILABLE.

PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL PUSH INTO THE INNER WATERS SOUTH OF POINT
CONCEPTION.

MARINERS IN HARBOR...ESPECIALLY THOSE WITHOUT RADAR...SHOULD
CONSIDER REMAINING IN HARBOR AS DENSE FOG CAN OBSCURE ROCKS AND
OTHER VESSELS...INCLUDING LARGE SHIPS IN THE SHIPPING LANES.
