AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE OVER THE COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING.
VISIBILITIES WILL BE LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES...LOCALLY BELOW
ONE-QUARTER MILE. THE FOG WILL GRADUALLY DISSIPATE BY MID MORNING.

MARINERS SHOULD PREPARE FOR ABRUPT CHANGES IN VISIBILITY...AND USE
CAUTION WHILE NAVIGATING TO AVOID EXPOSED ROCKS AND OTHER VESSELS.
