.WIND SPEEDS ACROSS AREA BAYS WILL REMAIN MODERATE TO STRONG
THROUGH EARLY EVENING BEFORE WEAKENING SLIGHTLY IN INTENSITY. A
STRONG NORTHEAST FLOW ACROSS THE NEAR AND OFFSHORE WATERS WILL
OCCUR TONIGHT AND FRIDAY AND STRENGTHEN FURTHER BY FRIDAY NIGHT AS
WINDS THEN BECOME MORE EASTERLY. SEAS WILL GRADUALLY BUILD THROUGH
THE PERIOD AS WELL.
