* WINDS...SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 20 TO 25 KT AHEAD OF
  AN APPROACHING FRONT TUESDAY EVENING AND INTO WEDNESDAY. WINDS
  WILL EASE BEHIND THE FRONT ON THURSDAY.

* SEAS...STEEP SOUTHERLY WAVES WILL DEVELOP IN ASSOCIATION WITH
  THE APPROACHING FRONT LATE TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. MEANWHILE A
  SWELL GENERATED BY POST FRONT WINDS WILL ARRIVE IN THE WATERS
  ON WEDNESDAY. THIS COULD PEAK OUT AT AROUND 15 FT AT 16
  SECONDS ON WEDNESDAY THEN SLOWLY DECAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
