WILL SUBSIDE BY LATE AFTERNOON ON THE BAY...AND BY EVENING ON LAKE
MICHIGAN.

* WAVES...3 TO 5 FT THROUGH EARLY EVENING. WAVES WILL SUBSIDE TO 1
  TO 3 FT LATE TONIGHT.

* PATCHY FOG IS STILL EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON...HOWEVER THE
  WIDESPREAD DENSE FOG HAS LIFTED AND/OR MOVED OFFSHORE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
