GULF WATERS AND A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT BETWEEN A FRONTAL
TROUGH TO THE EAST AND HIGH PRESSURE TO THE WEST IS PRODUCING
MODERATE TO STRONG NORTHWESTERLY WINDS. IN RESPONSE...SEAS WILL BE
ELEVATED AND ROUGH. WINDS AND SEAS WILL DECREASE SLIGHTLY THIS
EVENING.
