THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MIAMI HAS ISSUED A SMALL CRAFT
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING TO 8 AM EDT
THURSDAY.

* WINDS...WINDS ARE FORECAST TO INCREASE FROM THE WEST AT 20 TO 25
  KNOTS LATE TONIGHT AS A FRONT MOVES ACROSS THE REGION.

* WAVES/SEAS...SEAS WILL BUILD TO 7 FEET AND OCCASIONALLY HIGHER
  ACROSS THE OFFSHORE ATLANTIC WATERS OF PALM BEACH TO MIAMI DADE
  COUNTIES.

THESE WIND AND SEAS WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL
BOATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
