THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR HAZARDOUS SEAS IS NOW IN EFFECT
UNTIL 4 PM PST TUESDAY.

* SEAS: A MIX OF WIND SEAS AND 9 FT NORTHWEST SWELL WILL BRING
  SEAS TO AROUND 10 FEET WITH A DOMINANT PERIOD OF 14 SECONDS LATE
  THIS MORNING THROUGH THIS EVENING. WINDS INCREASE WITH WIND
  WAVES INCREASING...BRINGING A CHAOTIC MIX OF LONGER AND SHORTER
  NORTHWEST SWELL AND NORTHERLY WIND WAVES THROUGH TUESDAY
  AFTERNOON.

* AREAS AFFECTED: ALL COASTAL WATERS WILL BE AFFECTED.
