  SUSTAINED WINDS OF UP TO 18 KNOTS FROM THE SOUTH...WITH GUSTS
  UP TO 20 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE
  5 FEET WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 7 FEET POSSIBLE.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS ARE EXPECTED AROUND 6 PM SATURDAY
