  UP TO 28 KNOTS. THE LARGEST EXPECTED SIGNIFICANT WAVES WILL BE
  6 FEET WITH A MAXIMUM WAVE HEIGHT OF UP TO 9 FEET POSSIBLE.

* TIMING: THE MAXIMUM WINDS ARE EXPECTED AROUND 1 AM EST MONDAY
