* LOCATION...THE COASTAL WATERS OFF NEW JERSEY AND DELAWARE.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS TO 25 KT DIMINISHING
  LATER TONIGHT AND THEN TURNING WEST ON WEDNESDAY WITH A FEW
  GUSTS TO 30 KT POSSIBLE IN THE AFTERNOON.

* SEAS...5 TO 9 FEET.

* OUTLOOK...NORTHWEST GALES LIKELY THURSDAY, AND AGAIN SATURDAY.
  FREEZING SPRAY ADVISORIES EXPECTED SATURDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
