.A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT BETWEEN TROPICAL STORM CINDY OVER THE
NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO AND HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE ATLANTIC
WATERS WILL MAINTAIN SOUTHEAST WINDS AROUND 20 KNOTS WITH HIGHER
GUSTS OVER THE OFFSHORE GULF WATERS THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON.
THESE WINDS AND ELEVATED SEAS WITH CONTINUE TO PRODUCE ROUGH
BOATING CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT OPERATORS.
