THROUGH 930 AM...A LARGE AREA OF RAIN WILL CONTINUE DIMINISHING IN
COVERAGE IN THE WATERS SURROUNDING THE DRY TORTUGAS...NORTHEAST INTO
THE GULF WATERS NORTH OF THE LOWER KEYS. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED
STORMS IN THE OUTER STRAITS WILL DRIFT SLOWLY NORTHWARD AND MAY PRODUCE
WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 25 KNOTS ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING
STRIKES.
