SWEETWATER TO BALLINGER TO JUNCTION LINE. VISIBILITIES MAY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE AT TIMES, ESPECIALLY IN HIGHER
ELEVATIONS OF HILLY TERRAIN. WATCH FOR SLICK ROADS FROM THE LIGHT
PRECIPITATION. THE DRIZZLE SHOULD CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST NOON.
