VISIBILITIES...AS TEMPERATURES DROP AT OR BELOW FREEZING MOISTURE
BEING DEPOSITED ON ROADWAYS AND SIDEWALKS MAY FREEZE LEADING TO
SLICK CONDITIONS. THIS COMBINATION OF FOG AND SLIPPERY ROADS WILL
