AREA THIS MORNING. WITH LIGHT WINDS...COOL TEMPERATURES AND
INCREASING DEWPOINTS...DENSE FOG HAS DEVELOPED AND WILL EXPAND IN
COVERAGE. MULTIPLE LOCATIONS REPORTING VISIBILITIES UNDER A
QUARTER OF A MILE AT THIS TIME. DENSE FOG SHOULD BURN OFF BY MID
MORNING BUT COULD LINGER UNTIL NOON.
