.A STRONG UPPER TROUGH AND A DEEP SURFACE LOW WILL CONTINUE TO
PRODUCE WINDY CONDITIONS THIS MORNING ACROSS WEST TEXAS AND
SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO. HIGH WINDS HAVE DROPPED OFF EXCEPT FOR THE
DAVIS MOUNTAINS. WINDY CONDITIONS REMAIN POSSIBLE THIS MORNING
