 * FROST IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS PORTIONS OF UPPER
   MICHIGAN AWAY FROM LAKE SUPERIOR TONIGHT.

 * THE LOWEST TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED INLAND FROM THE LAKE
   SUPERIOR SHORELINE. LOWS WILL BE IN THE LOW TO MID 30S UPPER
   20S INLAND AND IN THE UPPER 30S TO AROUND 40 ALONG THE GREAT
   LAKES SHORELINES.
