* WINDS...SOUTH WIND 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS...WINDS OF THIS STRENGTH USUALLY BLOW DOWN WEAK TREES AND
  BREAK LARGE TREE LIMBS. IN ADDITION TO CAUSING POWER OUTAGES...
