8 PM PDT /8 PM MST/ THURSDAY...

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE THURSDAY MORNING BECOMING STRONG
  AND GUSTY DURING THE AFTERNOON BEFORE DECREASING DURING THE
  EVENING.

* WINDS...SOUTH 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH FOR MUCH OF
  MOHAVE AND LINCOLN COUNTIES.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL MAY BE DIFFICULT DUE TO STRONG CROSSWINDS...
  ESPECIALLY ON EAST-WEST ROADS. TEMPORARY STRUCTURES MAY BE
  DAMAGED OR DISPLACED. POCKETS OF BLOWING DUST MAY REDUCE
  VISIBILITY AND MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
