A WEAKENING FRONT ALONG THE NORTHWESTERN OFFSHORE WATERS WILL TO
CONTINUE WEAKEN AND MOVE SOUTHEAST OVER THE ISLANDS INTO THE
WEEKEND. MODERATE NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL FILL IN BEHIND THE
FRONT. WINDS WILL EASE AGAIN EARLY NEXT WEEK AS A LOW SHIFTS
CLOSER TO THE AREA.
