.Synopsis... A surface low NE of the offshore waters will remain
nearly stationary through Monday, before lifting away from the area.
A strong high pressure will build far NW of the area, resulting in
breezy trade winds over the second half of the week.

.TODAY...North winds 10 to 15 knots. Wind waves 3 to 4 feet.
North swell 9 feet. Isolated showers.
.TONIGHT AND TUESDAY...North winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind waves 3
to 4 feet. North swell 9 feet tonight and 8 feet Tuesday.
Isolated showers.
.TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots.
Wind waves 3 to 4 feet. North swell 8 feet Tuesday night and 9
feet Wednesday. North swell building to 12 in the afternoon.
Scattered showers.
