.Synopsis... Ridge of high pressure to the north will maintain east
winds through midweek. The ridge will weaken through the second half
of the week as low pressure passes far to the north and drags a
weakening front over the northwest waters.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-


.REST OF TODAY AND TONIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 kt. Wind waves 4
to 7 feet. Northwest swell 5 to 7 feet, and east swell 6 feet.
Scattered to numerous showers. Isolated thunderstorms Maui and Big
Island windward waters today.
.WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind
waves 4 to 7 feet. Northwest swell 4 feet, and east swell 6 feet.
Scattered showers.
.THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY...East to northeast winds 10 to 20
knots decreasing to 5 to 15 knots Friday. Wind waves 3 to 6 feet.
Northwest swell 3 to 5 feet, and east swell 6 feet. Haze.
Scattered showers.
