New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A warm front extending from
Cape Cod eastward will lift N of the waters early tonight. A
strong low pressure system will move NE along the Maine coast to
the Canadian Maritimes tonight into Wed, while pulling a strong
cold front through the region. As the strong low moves farther
north into Canada Wed night, a weaker low pressure system will
move across the northern mid-Atlantic waters Thu, followed by
another low pressure system Fri into Fri night. The low will
intensify to the E of the waters Sat as high pressure builds E
from the Great Lakes. The high will cross the waters from W to E
late Sat night into Sun, then move E and SE of the region Sun
night as the next cold front approaches from the W.
