SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A HIGH PRES RIDGE
WILL PERSIST W OF THE WATERS TONIGHT THROUGH FRI NIGHT...THEN
WEAKEN SAT AND SAT NIGHT. A LOW PRES TROUGH NEAR THE SRN OREGON
COAST WILL SLOWLY WEAKEN TONIGHT THROUGH SAT NIGHT. ANOTHER LOW
PRES TROUGH WILL PERSIST NEAR THE NRN WASHINGTON COAST
