Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

The U.S. Coast Guard is currently experiencing degradation in
image quality of all HFFAX products. Troubleshooting of the
problem is taking place.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong warm front
will move onshore this morning, followed by a cold front which
will move over the N portion today. The cold front will slowly
move S tonight before becoming stationary Sun, then move N as a
warm front Sun night into Mon. High pressure will build into the
area late Sun into Mon and persist into Wed night. A cold front
will approach the area Tue and move S across the waters Tue night
into Wed night. A low pressure trough will expand N along the
coast Mon through Wed night.
