height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS... A cold front will
move SE over the region tonight into Fri. A high pressure ridge
will build NE over the region Fri and Fri night before beginning
to weaken Sat. The ridge will continue to weaken Sat night as a
cold front approaches the NW portion. The front will slowly move
SE across the region Sun and Sun night before becoming nearly
stationary by Mon morning. The front will lift NE over the waters
as a warm front Mon and Mon night. A strong cold front will move
into the far NW area Mon night and move S over the waters through
Tue night.
