New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Hurricane Jose was located
near 37.2N 71.3W at 5 PM EDT today, moving N NE or 025 degrees
at 07 kt. Jose will move to near 38.2N 70.6W at 2 AM Wed, then
to 39.2N 69.2W by 2 PM Wed as a tropical storm. Jose will move
to near 39.7N 68.0W by 2 AM Thu, to near 39.5N 67.5W by 2 PM
Thu, to near 39.0N 67.6W by 2 PM Fri as a post-tropical low, to
near 38.6N 68.1W by 2 PM Sat, then to near 38.3N 69.0W by 2 PM
Sun. S to SE swell from Jose will impact the waters tonight into
Wed night.  Otherwise, a high pres ridge will build SE towards
the region Tue night through Sat night. S to SE swell from
Hurricane Maria is expected to move through the area Sun and Sun
night. Refer to the latest National Hurricane Center advisories
on Hurricane Jose and Hurricane Maria.
