THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PRODUCT
DEFINITIONS:

HURRICANE WATCH...IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SPECIFIC AREAS THAT A
                  HURRICANE OR AN INCIPIENT HURRICANE CONDITION
                  POSES A POSSIBLE THREAT TO COASTAL AREAS
                  GENERALLY WITHIN 48 HOURS.

HURRICANE WARNING...IS A WARNING THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 74 MILES
                  AN HOUR (64 KNOTS) OR HIGHER ASSOCIATED WITH A
                  HURRICANE ARE EXPECTED IN A SPECIFIC COASTAL
                  AREA IN 36 HOURS OR LESS.

TROPICAL STORM WATCH...AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SPECIFIC AREAS THAT A
                  TROPICAL STORM OR A FORECAST OF TROPICAL
                  STORM CONDITIONS POSES A POSSIBLE THREAT
                  TO COASTAL AREAS GENERALLY WITHIN 48 HOURS.

TROPICAL STORM WARNING...A WARNING FOR TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS
                  INCLUDING POSSIBLE SUSTAINED WINDS WITHIN THE
                  RANGE OF 39 TO 73 MPH WHICH ARE EXPECTED IN A
                  SPECIFIED COASTAL AREA IN 36 HOURS OR LESS.

HIGH WIND WATCH...A HIGH WIND WATCH WILL BE ISSUED FOR INLAND AREAS
                  WHEN TROPICAL STORM OR HURRICANE FORCE WINDS ARE
                  POSSIBLE WITHIN THE WATCH AREA WITHIN 48 HOURS.

HIGH WIND WARNING...A HIGH WIND WARNING WILL BE ISSUED FOR INLAND
                  AREAS WHEN TROPICAL STORM OR HURRICANE FORCE WINDS
                  ARE EXPECTED WITHIN THE WARNING AREA WITHIN 36
                  HOURS.
