.DISCUSSION...TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 80S IN
NORTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA TO UPPER 90S IN SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH
DAKOTA THIS AFTERNOON. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL FALL TO
18 TO 30 PERCENT. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH
WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH OVER NORTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA. SUNDAY WILL
HAVE SIMILAR TEMPERATURES AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY...BUT WINDS WILL
BE LIGHT.

AND SPREAD QUICKLY BECOMING ERRATIC WITH EXTREME BEHAVIORAL
CHARACTERISTICS. NO OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD TAKE PLACE.
