HYDROLOGIC STATEMENT

1242 PM PDT TUE MAY 3 2016

Unseasonably warm weather is expected through much of the week. This
will result in another round of abundant snow melt and runoff which will lead to
significant rises on many of the rivers near the Cascades as well as near
the Canadian Border. The runoff will be further enhanced by rain from showers
and thunderstorms between this evening through Thursday. Flooding will be possible
by early next week on the Okanogan River near Tonasket.

 Forecast / remarks >>
  The Okanogan River near Tonasket is forecast to rise above action stage around
  13.7 ft  by Wednesday afternoon. The river is forecast to continue rising
  through the end of the week and into the weekend. Minor flooding may occur
