ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA IN THE LATE AFTERNOON. ISOLATED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING INTO PORTIONS OF FAR NORTH
CENTRAL ILLINOIS. LATE AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE LOWER
80S.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE EVENING
WITH THE BEST CHANCE IN FAR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS AHEAD OF AN
APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS AFTER
MIDNIGHT TONIGHT MAINLY SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80. QUIET WEATHER
WILL THEN PREVAIL TUESDAY AND MUCH OF WEDNESDAY DURING THE DAYTIME
HOURS AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES IN. HIGHS TUESDAY WILL BE IN THE LOW
80S...AND ON WEDNESDAY IN THE MID 80S. THURSDAY LOOKS TO BE VERY
WARM AND HUMID.
