A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH THE CHESAPEAKE BAY TONIGHT. HIGH
PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE AREA MONDAY AND TUESDAY BRINGING
COOLER AND DRIER CONDITIONS. AS THE HIGH MOVES NORTH OF THE MID
ATLANTIC...MOIST ONSHORE FLOW MAY ALLOW FOR CLOUDS AND DRIZZLE TO
