THE SOUTHEASTERN END OF A MONSOON TROUGH REACHES SOUTHEASTWARD FROM
EAST OF LUZON ACROSS 17N130E THROUGH A WEAK CIRCULATION CENTERED
NORTHWEST OF PALAU AT 15N132E TO END NEAR YAP AT 10N138E. PATCHY
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE SEEN BETWEEN 10N AND 19N FROM
130E TO 134E.

A SURFACE TROUGH RUNS NORTHWESTWARD FROM SOUTH OF GUAM AT 10N145E TO
END SOUTH OF IWO TO ISLAND AT 20N140E. TWO UPPER-LEVEL LOWS ARE IN
THE VICINITY NEAR 21N141E AND 12N147E. INTERACTION BETWEEN THESE
FEATURES IS TRIGGERING NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
OVER THE CNMI BETWEEN 15N AND 19N FROM 137E TO 150E. SCATTERED
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING NEAR AND SOUTH OF
GUAM BETWEEN 8N AND 15N FROM 142E TO 147E.

A TRADE-WIND DISTURBANCE IS GENERATING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WEST AND SOUTHWEST OF WAKE ISLAND WITHIN 140 MILES OF
A LINE FROM 14N162E TO 23N159E.

ANOTHER UPPER-LEVEL LOW CENTERED NORTHEAST OF WAKE ISLAND AT 24N173E
IS CREATING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WITHIN 150
MILES OF 13N174E.
