A BROAD CIRCULATION IS CENTERED SOUTHWEST OF CHUUK NEAR 1N146E.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING SOUTH OF
YAP WITHIN 70 MILES OF A LINE FROM 6N138E TOP 1N142E AS WELL AS
SOUTH OF CHUUK BETWEEN 3N AND THE EQUATOR FROM 148E TO 155E.

A TRADE-WIND SURGE IS TRIGGERING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS OVER POHNPEI AND KOSRAE STATES AS WELL AS THE MARSHALL
ISLANDS WITHIN 200 MILES OF A LINE FROM 8N158E TO 4N180.

A SURFACE TROUGH RUNS SOUTHWESTWARD FROM 25N145E TO 11N140E.
CLOUDINESS AND PATCHY SHOWERS ARE LOCATED NORTHEAST OF THE MARIANAS
