A WEAK MONSOON TROUGH EXTENDS EASTWARD FROM 9N130E TO A WEAK
CIRCULATION CENTERED NORTH OF CHUUK NEAR 11N153E. SCATTERED SHOWERS
AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS EAST OF SAIPAN ARE WITHIN 75 MILES OF A LINE
FROM 15N148E TO 12N154E AND NORTHEAST OF POHNPEI AND KOSRAE WITHIN
125 MILES OF A LINE FROM 12N160E TO 6N165E.

LOW-LEVEL CONVERGENCE ALONG THE EQUATOR SOUTH OF CHUUK AND POHNPEI
IS CAUSING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS SOUTH OF 2N
