AT 630 AM EDT...RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS LOCATED
ALONG A LINE FROM NEAR GRAND BLANC TO OAKLEY TO NEAR DEWITT.
MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL UP TO 1 INCH PER HOUR IS LIKELY WHICH COULD
PRODUCE PONDING OF WATER ON AREA ROADS AND IN AREAS PRONE TO
COLLECTING WATER DURING HEAVY RAINS.

WEAKER SHOWERS AND STORMS EXTENDED NORTHWARD THROUGH THE
SAGINAW VICINITY.
