...PATCHY DENSE FOG EXPECTED UNTIL A FEW HOURS AFTER DAWN...

LIGHT WINDS IN THE WAKE OF RECENT RAINS WILL ALLOW SOME FOG TO
FORM OVERNIGHT. SOME PATCHES OF DENSE FOG WITH VISIBILITIES BELOW
1/4 MILE ARE LIKELY.

ANYONE TRAVELING EARLY THIS MORNING SHOULD BE ALERT FOR THE
POSSIBILITY OF ENCOUNTERING OF DENSE FOG. THE DENSE FOG WILL BE
MOST LIKELY IN LOW-LYING AREAS AND NEAR RIVERS AND STREAMS. IF YOU
ENCOUNTER A FOG BANK WHILE DRIVING...SLOW YOUR VEHICLE TO THE
POINT WHERE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SAFELY STOP IF YOU ENCOUNTER AN
OBJECT OR ANIMAL ON THE ROAD. ALWAYS USE LOW-BEAM HEADLIGHTS WHEN
DRIVING IN FOG.
