...PATCHY DENSE FOG EXPECTED THROUGH MID-MORNING...

PATCHY DENSE FOG HAS FORMED ACROSS THE AREA...AND IS EXPECTED TO
PERSIST UNTIL A COUPLE HOURS AFTER DAYBREAK. THE POOREST
VISIBILITIES ARE LIKELY TO OCCUR IN LOW-LYING AREAS AND NEAR
RIVERS...STREAMS...AND LAKES.

THE FOG WILL LEAD TO HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS...SINCE THE
VISIBILITY MAY CHANGE DRASTICALLY OVER SHORT DISTANCES. WHEN
DRIVING IN FOG...ALWAYS USE LOW-BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND BE SURE TO
REDUCE YOUR SPEED TO THE POINT WHERE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SAFELY
STOP IF YOU ENCOUNTER AN OBJECT OR ANIMAL ON THE ROAD.

VISIBILITIES SHOULD START TO IMPROVE BETWEEN 800 AM AND 900
AM...AND THE FOG SHOULD BE GONE COMPLETELY BY 1000 AM.
