QUICKLY MOVE THROUGH THE AREA EARLY THIS MORNING...

A BRIEF BUT INTENSE LINE OF SNOW SHOWERS AND SNOW SQUALLS WILL
AFFECT THE REGION EARLY THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL BRIEFLY
DROP TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES AND A QUICK QUARTER TO HALF INCH OF
SNOW IS POSSIBLE. TRAVELERS ARE URGED TO BE AWARE OF RAPIDLY
CHANGING CONDITIONS THIS EARLY MORNING. THE LINE OF THE HEAVIEST
SQUALLS WILL BE SOUTH AND SOUTHEAST OF PORTSMOUTH SHORTLY AFTER
DAYBREAK. OTHER ISOLATED SQUALLS IN THE CINCINNATI AREA WILL BE
BRIEF AND NOT AS INTENSE THROUGH THE EARLY PART OF THE MORNING
RUSH HOUR TODAY.
