...Locally Dense Fog and Patchy Frost Possible Overnight...

Fog will develop overnight, and some of it may become locally
dense, with visibility reduced to one-quarter mile or less. The
dense fog will be most likely near rivers, streams, larger creeks,
lakes, and in areas that received heavier rainfall on Sunday. The
fog will lift and dissipate by 10 AM Tuesday.

Where fog does not form, patchy frost will be possible toward
morning in a few sheltered areas and valley locations, but most
places will not have any frost. Temperatures will reach the upper
30s in most locations, but a few colder readings in the middle
30s can be expected. Sensitive plants and vegetation may be harmed
or killed should frost occur.
