SOUTHERN LANDER COUNTY AND SOUTHERN EUREKA COUNTY-
SOUTHWESTERN ELKO COUNTY-
INCLUDING THE CITIES OF BATTLE MOUNTAIN, EMIGRANT PASS, AUSTIN,
AUSTIN SUMMIT, EUREKA, DIAMOND VALLEY, PINTO SUMMIT, ELKO,
SPRING CREEK, AND CARLIN

...RAIN CHANGED OVER TO SNOW ACROSS MOST OF SOUTHWESTERN ELKO
COUNTY ALONG WITH LANDER AND EUREKA COUNTIES...

SNOW SHOWERS HAVE TAPERED TO JUST LIGHT SNOW FLURRIES ACROSS MOST
OF SOUTHWESTERN ELKO COUNTY THIS EVENING, WITH ONLY THE JIGGS AREA
ON UP INTO THE BASE OF THE RUBY MOUNTAINS STILL SEEING MODERATE
SNOW, WHICH SHOULD TAPER OFF BEFORE 930.

AS FOR LANDER AND EUREKA COUNTIES, THE MODERATE SNOW HAS ENDED IN
THE NORTHERN PORTIONS OF EACH COUNTY, WITH THE TRAILING EDGE OF
THE MODERATE SNOW EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO PUSH SOUTHEAST THOUGH
THE SOUTHERN HALVES OF THE COUNTIES OVER THE NEXT HOUR OR TWO.

IN ALL AREAS ROADS MAY BE SNOW COVERED OR SLUSHY FOR THE NEXT
COUPLE HOURS.

MOTORISTS SHOULD REMAIN ALERT TO RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER AND
ROAD CONDITIONS DUE TO THE ELEVATION DEPENDENCE OF THIS STORM.
