...PATCHY LIGHT FREEZING RAIN POSSIBLE EARLY THIS MORNING...

RADAR SHOWS VERY LIGHT RAIN OR DRIZZLE SPREADING EAST OVER THE
SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA. TEMPERATURES ARE
HOVERING NEAR FREEZING IN SOME SPOTS AND A FEW ICY SPOTS COULD
DEVELOP...ESPECIALLY ON ELEVATED SURFACES LIKE BRIDGES. AREAS
ALONG AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 17 HAVE THE BEST CHANCE TO SEE SOME
PATCHY ICE. TEMPERATURES WONT CHANGE MUCH THROUGH 8 TO 9 AM THEN
SHOULD BEGIN RISING ENDING THE THREAT FOR SPOTTY FREEZING RAIN.

MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION THIS MORNING AND BE ALERT FOR
SLIPPERY SPOTS.
