AT 1228 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE
AND WAS RESULTING IN URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES HAVE FALLEN FROM NEAR NORTH BRANCH...TO
NEAR RUSH CITY AND EAST TO CAMBRIDGE AND ISANTI.  THE HEAVIEST RAINS
INDICATED BY RADAR ESTIMATES HAVE OCCURRED BETWEEN NORTH BRANCH AND
LINDSTROM...EAST OF INTERSTATE 35.  AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF
RAIN ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE NIGHT.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.
