AT 930 PM EST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
HEAVY SNOW BAND ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 11 MILES EAST OF GRAND
MARAIS TO SENEY TO DEERTON...OR ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 11 MILES
EAST OF GRAND MARAIS TO 20 MILES WEST OF NEWBERRY TO 18 MILES WEST OF
MUNISING.  THESE BANDS WERE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH. SNOWFALL
RATES OF UP TO 1 INCH PER HOUR ARE POSSIBLE. IN ADDITION...BLUSTERY
CONDITIONS WILL PRODUCE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW...REDUCING VISIBILITIES
TO LESS THAN ONE HALF OF A MILE AT TIMES.
