NATRONA COUNTY LOWER ELEVATIONS-WIND RIVER MOUNTAINS EAST-

...VERY WINDY FROM SOUTH PASS TO THE CASPER AREA SUNDAY MORNING...

SOUTHWEST WINDS AT 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 40 TO 50 MPH WILL
DEVELOP AROUND MIDNIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING AHEAD OF
AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT.  THESE WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST OVER SOUTH
PASS...BEAVER RIM AND ALONG OUTER DRIVE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
CASPER.   THE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH LATE SUNDAY MORNING WITH
WINDS BECOMING MORE WESTERLY AND DECREASING THROUGH THE AFTERNOON
IN THE CASPER AREA...HOWEVER WEST WINDS WILL REMAIN QUITE
STRONG OVER SOUTH PASS AND BEAVER RIM THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
