WEATHER ADVISORY...EFFECTIVE UNTIL 530 AM CDT...FOR THE FOLLOWING
COUNTY...

IN NORTHEAST TEXAS...
     SMITH...

INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
     LINDALE...TYLER AND WHITEHOUSE...

AT 430 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS WERE
DETECTING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 6 MILES SOUTH OF VAN...OR 16 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF CANTON...MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST NEAR 20 MPH.

VERY HEAVY RAINFALL AND WINDS 40 TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS
STORM.
