RIP CURRENT RISK TODAY: MODERATE
Lingering swells will generate a moderate risk of rip currents at
area beaches today. Greatest risk of rip currents will be through
this morning and early afternoon due to tidal effects.

When arriving at the beach, check with ocean rescue personnel on
the latest surf conditions. Always swim near a lifeguard and
never swim alone. If caught in a rip current, swim in a direction
following the shoreline until the current weakens, then swim back
towards shore.

OUTLOOK FOR...MONDAY...Partly cloudy. A slight chance of afternoon
showers. Highs in the mid 80s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph becoming
south in the afternoon. Chance of rain 20 percent.
